
📘 SCAMMER UNIVERSITY STUDENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Scammer University ("The Program"), operated in partnership with OnlyScams.org and LimitsUnlock, and the undersigned individual (“Student”).
By signing this contract, the Student agrees to participate in the Scammer University media series and all associated content and activities.

1. Eligibility & Image Standards

Students under the age of 18 must submit a signed parental or guardian consent form.

Students must be legally allowed to work and appear on media in the United States.

SECTION 2: PERSONAL CONDUCT & APPEARANCE

2.1 Camera Presence:

Student agrees to present themselves with high energy, charisma, and authenticity while on camera.

Student must be photogenic, expressive, and able to maintain an entertaining presence during long filming periods or livestreams.

2.2 On-Camera Image Standards:

Student must maintain a clean, styled appearance suitable for livestreaming and social media content.

Wardrobe must align with Program branding when requested (branded merch, colors, etc.).

Visible gang symbols, drug paraphernalia, or offensive messaging on clothing are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Off-Camera Conduct:

Student agrees to conduct themselves professionally outside of filming, including on social media.
-
Any public conduct that may negatively affect the Program’s brand or reputation may result in removal.

2.4 Participation Expectations:

Student must make themselves available for scheduled livestreams, content shoots, events, and promotional activities.

Absences without communication or frequent unavailability may result in dismissal.

2.5 Communication Requirement:

Student must respond promptly to Program staff communications via phone, email, or social media.

SECTION 3: FITNESS & EMOTIONAL READINESS

3.1 Physical Ability:
-
Student must be able to participate in standard physical activity such as walking, standing for periods of time, and traveling to filming locations.

3.2 Mental Readiness:
-
Student should be prepared for public attention, fast-paced environments, and collaborative group content.
-
Students experiencing mental health concerns that may impair participation should notify staff confidentially before filming.
-
SECTION 4: RIGHT TO REVIEW & TERMINATION
-
4.1 Ongoing Evaluation:
-
Program administrators reserve the right to review and evaluate a student’s performance, appearance, and professionalism at any time.
-
4.2 Right to Terminate:
-
Failure to uphold any of these standards may result in immediate removal from the Program without compensation or further opportunity.
🔐 SECTION 3: AGREEMENTS & CLAUSES
2. Media Release
Student agrees that all photos, videos, audio, and livestream content may be used by Scammer University and its partners in perpetuity for promotional, educational, or entertainment purposes across all platforms.
SECTION 1: GRANT OF RIGHTS
1.1 Likeness Usage
Student grants Scammer University, its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right to:

Film, photograph, record, and livestream their image, voice, name, and performance.

Reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such content via Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, OnlyScams.org, and all other media now known or later developed.
1.2 Promotional Use
Student agrees that their likeness may be used in trailers, teasers, highlight reels, advertisements, press releases, social media clips, merchandise, or marketing campaigns without limitation.
1.3 Editorial & Creative Control
Scammer University maintains full creative and editorial control over all footage and may edit or alter media as it sees fit without further consent.
SECTION 2: RIGHTS WAIVER
2.1 Compensation Waiver
Student waives any right to royalties, commissions, or compensation related to the use of their image, voice, or recorded content unless otherwise outlined in a separate agreement.
2.2 Right to Inspect
Student waives the right to inspect or approve the final versions of any media content in which their likeness appears.
2.3 Ownership
All media content created under the Program remains the exclusive property of Scammer University.
SECTION 3: TERM & TERMINATION
3.1 Duration
This Agreement is perpetual, meaning rights granted to Scammer University shall not expire.
3.2 Termination
Student may not revoke this release once signed, including after exiting the program.
SECTION 4: GENERAL TERMS
4.1 No Obligation to Use
Scammer University is not obligated to use the Student’s likeness in any media.
4.2 Public Exposure Disclaimer
Student understands and accepts that content may be seen by large online audiences and may go viral. Student agrees not to hold the Program responsible for public or personal reactions to media appearances.
4.3 Release of Liability
Student releases and discharges Scammer University and its affiliates from all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of their likeness.
3. Participation Agreement
This Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned individual ("Student") and Scammer University ("The Program"), operated in partnership with OnlyScams.org and LimitsUnlock.
By signing this agreement, the Student agrees to actively engage in all assigned aspects of the program, abide by all program rules, and represent the Scammer University brand with professionalism and integrity.
SECTION 1: PROGRAM COMMITMENT
1.1 Active Participation
Student agrees to participate in all scheduled livestreams, classroom activities, business visits, field content, and collaboration sessions as reasonably required by the Program.
1.2 Attendance
Students must maintain regular attendance unless excused in advance by a Program administrator. Unexcused absences or repeated lateness may result in removal.
1.3 Availability
Student agrees to maintain general availability during program filming dates and content windows. The Program may require up to 20 hours per week of participation, depending on schedule and storyline integration.
SECTION 2: CODE OF CONDUCT
2.1 Respectful Behavior
Students must treat fellow participants, guests, instructors, and staff with respect. Bullying, harassment, or offensive behavior will result in disciplinary action.
2.2 Representation
Student agrees to uphold the image, tone, and mission of Scammer University both on and off stream. Students may not engage in activities or public posts that damage the brand.
2.3 Professionalism
Students agree to show up on time, be camera-ready, and respond promptly to messages from production staff.
SECTION 3: COLLABORATION & STREAMING
3.1 Group Activities
Student agrees to participate in collaborative class activities, partner assignments, and crossover content with other students or teachers.
3.2 Branding & Identity
Student will wear/show Scammer University badges, overlays, or merchandise as instructed when streaming content associated with the Program.
3.3 Independent Streams
Students may operate their own Twitch or content channels during the program but must not interfere with official content timelines. Any Scammer U content streamed independently must follow Program branding and tagging guidelines.
SECTION 4: CONTENT USAGE & OWNERSHIP
4.1 Content Rights
All footage, photos, and clips filmed during Program activities are the sole property of Scammer University and may be used for commercial, promotional, or educational purposes.
4.2 No Unauthorized Filming
Students may not secretly record or publish behind-the-scenes material without Program approval.
SECTION 5: ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION
5.1 Violation of Terms
Any violation of this agreement may result in removal from the Program, forfeiture of opportunities, and termination of media rights.
5.2 Right to Remove
The Program reserves the right to remove any student at any time for conduct deemed harmful, unsafe, or incompatible with the Program’s goals.
4. Social Media Promotion
SECTION 1: PROMOTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 Active Promotion
Student agrees to promote Scammer University regularly across social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.
1.2 Minimum Promotion Standards

At least 3 posts or stories per week mentioning or tagging Scammer University.

Use of official hashtags, overlays, and watermarks provided by the Program.
-
Sharing of livestream links and announcements when tagged or directed to do so.
1.3 Content Type Requirements
Promotions may include:

Behind-the-scenes footage or selfies
-
Episode previews or livestream highlights
-
Reposts of official Scammer University content
-
Teasers or “coming soon” announcements
SECTION 2: BRAND REPRESENTATION
2.1 Professional Conduct Online
Student agrees that any public social media post made during their participation in the Program must not contain hate speech, illegal activity, misinformation, or anything that could damage the Program’s reputation.
2.2 Proper Tagging
Students must properly tag the official Scammer University account(s) and any sponsors or businesses featured in the content, when applicable.
2.3 Approval of Sponsored Posts
If a student is paid by a third party to promote something while affiliated with Scammer University, the post must be disclosed to Program staff in advance for approval.
SECTION 3: USAGE OF STUDENT CONTENT
3.1 Content Sharing Rights
The Program may repost, share, remix, or include any promotional content the Student posts in official Scammer University media without compensation.
3.2 Hashtag Tracking
Students agree to use designated hashtags so Program staff can monitor promotional compliance and reach.
SECTION 4: COMPLIANCE & TERMINATION
4.1 Compliance Monitoring
Program staff may monitor Student social accounts to ensure they are promoting as required. Failure to meet minimum requirements may lead to removal from key scenes, eligibility for prizes, or overall termination from the Program.
4.2 Voluntary Termination
If the Student chooses to stop posting or promoting, they must notify Program staff and may be subject to removal from the Program.
5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
SECTION 1: DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
1.1 Confidential Information Includes but is not limited to:

Internal operations, scripts, and storyline details
-
Vendor names, resources, and business methods
-
Equipment, content plans, and marketing strategies
-
Financial arrangements, unreleased footage, or communications from staff
1.2 Exclusions:
Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly known, independently developed without reference to the Program, or disclosed with prior written permission.
SECTION 2: OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT
2.1 Non-Disclosure
Student agrees not to disclose, copy, reproduce, or share any Confidential Information with anyone outside of the Program during or after their participation, unless required by law.
2.2 Security
Student agrees to take reasonable steps to protect all Confidential Information from unauthorized access, leaks, or misuse.
2.3 No Use for Personal Gain
Student agrees not to use any Confidential Information for personal profit or advantage, including sharing with competitors or using to launch similar concepts.
SECTION 3: TERM & TERMINATION
3.1 Duration of Obligation
This Agreement and all confidentiality obligations remain in effect indefinitely, even after the Student exits the Program.
3.2 Breach Consequences
Violation of this NDA may result in legal action, removal from the Program, and forfeiture of any current or future opportunities.
SECTION 4: MISCELLANEOUS
4.1 No License or Ownership
This Agreement does not grant the Student any ownership or license to use the Confidential Information for any purpose beyond the Program.
4.2 Legal Enforcement
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be handled within that jurisdiction.
6. Compensation & Revenue Share

SECTION 1: STREAMING REVENUE

1.1 Program Revenue Ownership
Scammer University shall retain 100% ownership of all revenue generated through the Program's official streaming and content platforms, including but not limited to: -
Twitch channel(s)
-
YouTube ad revenue
-
Brand sponsorships and integrations
-
TikTok or Instagram monetization linked to official program content
-
1.2 Student Revenue Entitlement
Students may retain 100% of any money they earn independently while on-stream during the program, such as: -
Gig work (DoorDash, Uber, reselling, etc.)
-
Viewer donations or tips on their personal accounts (when not using official Program channels)
-
Winnings or earnings generated during field challenges
-
1.3 Limitations
Student may not claim ownership over revenue tied directly to Scammer University branded content, livestreams, or campaigns unless explicitly negotiated in writing. -
SECTION 2: BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY & PARTNERSHIP OPTION
-
2.1 Right of First Option
Scammer University reserves the exclusive right to enter into a business partnership with any Student, at the Program’s discretion, using: -
Equipment or exposure gained through the Program
-
Credit or capital obtained as a result of Program instruction
-
Marketing assets created during the show
-
2.2 Revenue Participation
If such a partnership is initiated, revenue share terms will be negotiated separately and in good faith. Refusal to cooperate with this provision may result in removal from the Program. -
SECTION 3: CREDIT GROWTH FEE (SEASON 1 ONLY)
-
3.1 Consulting Requirement
Students participating in Season 1 must sign a separate agreement with LimitsUnlock for business and personal credit coaching. -
3.2 Fee Structure
Student agrees to pay 25% of the total amount of new credit obtained through or as a result of Scammer University and its affiliates. -
Example: If Student secures $100,000 in credit, $25,000 is owed to LimitsUnlock.

Payment may be made from the line of credit or through another approved method.
-
3.3 Credit Cleanliness Requirement
Only Students with no collections on their credit report may participate in Season 1. -
SECTION 4: GENERAL TERMS

4.1 Transparency
Student agrees to accurately report any new credit obtained, business partnerships launched, or monetization opportunities leveraged using Scammer University exposure. -
4.2 Enforcement
Failure to comply with these terms may result in financial penalties, removal from the program, and/or legal enforcement.
7. Behavior Clause
SECTION 1: GENERAL CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS
1.1 Respect for Others
Student agrees to treat all fellow participants, instructors, guests, business owners, and Program staff with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
1.2 Positive Environment
Student will contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants regardless of gender, race, background, religion, or beliefs.
1.3 Zero Tolerance for Violence or Threats
Any acts or threats of violence, intimidation, or harassment—whether physical, verbal, or digital—will result in immediate removal from the Program.
SECTION 2: PROHIBITED CONDUCT
2.1 Prohibited Behavior Includes but is Not Limited to:

Bullying, name-calling, or public humiliation of others
-
Use of discriminatory language, hate speech, or slurs
-
Possession or use of illegal drugs on set or at Program events
-
Theft, vandalism, or intentional property damage
-
Bringing unauthorized weapons or contraband to any Program location
-
Engaging in illegal activity or promoting it on or off camera
2.2 Social Media & Online Conduct
Student agrees not to post or share any content that misrepresents the Program, incites controversy, spreads falsehoods, or promotes harmful behavior while affiliated with Scammer University.
SECTION 3: DRESS CODE & PRESENTATION
3.1 Dress Standards
Students must dress in a way that is clean, appropriate for camera, and does not feature:

Profanity or explicit content

Gang affiliations or hate symbols
-
Drug or weapon references
3.2 Camera Readiness
Students must appear well-groomed and maintain a presentation level suitable for public-facing livestreams and video content.
SECTION 4: VIOLATIONS & ENFORCEMENT
4.1 Consequences of Violation
Violation of this Behavior Clause may result in:

Verbal or written warnings
-
Suspension from content or events
-
Permanent removal from the Program
-
Loss of revenue or prize eligibility
-
Legal or financial penalties, depending on severity
4.2 Program Authority
All behavior issues will be reviewed by Program leadership. Final decisions rest with Scammer University administrators.
8. Content Boundaries
SECTION 1: PURPOSE OF BOUNDARIES
1.1 Educational Focus
Scammer University is designed for entertainment and fraud prevention education. All scam-related content is strictly hypothetical and meant to raise awareness.
1.2 Clarity of Intent
No content produced through the Program is intended to encourage, enable, or normalize illegal or fraudulent behavior.
SECTION 2: PROHIBITED CONTENT
2.1 Illegal Activity
Students must not:

Commit, attempt, or simulate real fraud, identity theft, or financial crime
-
Show or use real stolen data, documents, or private account information
-
Promote illegal services, products, or vendors
-
Post links to illegal marketplaces or platforms
2.2 Sensitive Material
Students must avoid content that includes:

Graphic violence or threats
-
Sexual acts or pornography
-
Hate speech or discriminatory language
-
Doxxing, harassment, or exposure of personal/private info
2.3 Unauthorized Filming
Students must not record others without consent or stream inside private or restricted spaces without permission.
SECTION 3: REQUIRED LABELING & DISCLAIMERS
3.1 Disclaimers
All scam-related content must be labeled with a disclaimer such as: “This is a dramatization for fraud prevention education.”
3.2 Separation of Fiction from Reality
Any scenes portraying fraudulent behavior must include a clear transition into educational breakdowns or analysis.
SECTION 4: USE OF PROPS & EXAMPLES
4.1 Prop Use
Students may use fake or theatrical props (e.g., mock IDs, credit cards, embosser equipment) but must state clearly on or off camera that these items are not in active use or intended for real criminal purposes.
4.2 Vendor References
If specific vendors or websites are mentioned, they must be fictional or educationally justified and redirected to official fraud prevention resources.
SECTION 5: VIOLATION & REMOVAL
5.1 Immediate Removal
Violation of this content boundary policy may result in:

5.2 Review Process
Scammer University reserves the right to review and remove any content it deems in violation of these terms.
9. Streaming Independence
SECTION 1: GENERAL RIGHTS & LIMITATIONS
1.1 Independent Streaming Allowed
Students may maintain their own personal Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, or other content platforms during their participation in Scammer University.
1.2 Content Boundaries Still Apply
Students must still follow the Program’s rules related to content boundaries, behavior, and representation in all independently streamed or posted material.
1.3 No Misrepresentation
Students may not falsely claim official program status or misrepresent Scammer University in independently produced content.
SECTION 2: BRANDING & IDENTITY REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Branded Content Guidelines
When creating content that includes or references Scammer University, students must:

Use official overlays, logos, or tags when provided

Include a program disclaimer where appropriate
-
Avoid misleading viewers into thinking their independent content is an official program livestream
2.2 Cross-Promotion
Students are encouraged to tag, credit, and promote Scammer University content when referencing or repurposing moments from official streams or appearances.
SECTION 3: STREAM SCHEDULING & APPROVAL
3.1 Schedule Coordination
Students must coordinate their independent stream schedules with Program staff to avoid conflicts with official class sessions, content shoots, or livestream events.
3.2 Approval for Crossover Content
Students who wish to include Scammer University teachers, locations, or props in their own content must first obtain written approval.
SECTION 4: MONETIZATION & REVENUE
4.1 Independent Revenue
Students retain 100% of revenue generated from their personal streams and content platforms, unless it involves repurposed official Program content.
4.2 Use of Program Resources
If Program-owned equipment, marketing, or scenes are used in a Student’s independent monetized content, a revenue share may be required at the Program’s discretion.
SECTION 5: ENFORCEMENT
5.1 Violation Consequences
Violations of this agreement may result in:

Temporary or permanent streaming restrictions

Content takedown requests

Suspension or removal from the Program
5.2 Right to Review
Scammer University reserves the right to review any public content referencing the Program to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with the Program’s mission.
10. Media Rights Waiver
SECTION 1: GRANT OF MEDIA RIGHTS
1.1 Ownership of Content
All videos, photos, livestreams, audio recordings, behind-the-scenes footage, bloopers, interviews, and any derivative content created during or as a result of the Program are the sole and exclusive property of Scammer University.
1.2 Right to Use
Scammer University may use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, display, and license any content featuring the Student across all forms of media—current and future—without restriction.
1.3 Scope of Use
Content may be used for:

Entertainment and educational broadcasts

Advertisements and promotional material
-
Reels, trailers, or montages
-
Social media, streaming, press, or merchandise
SECTION 2: STUDENT WAIVERS
2.1 Compensation Waiver
Student waives any claim to royalties or financial compensation related to the use of their image, voice, or likeness unless separately agreed upon in writing.
2.2 Review & Approval Waiver
Student waives the right to inspect, approve, or request edits to any content they appear in.
2.3 Irrevocability
This waiver is irrevocable. Even after exiting the Program, Scammer University retains the rights granted under this Agreement.
SECTION 3: PUBLICITY & THIRD-PARTY USAGE
3.1 Media Syndication
Scammer University may license, syndicate, or transfer media to third parties, including news outlets, streaming platforms, and partner brands.
3.2 Promotional Appearances
Student agrees to allow their image and footage to be used in cross-promotional material with affiliated businesses or collaborators.
SECTION 4: RELEASE OF LIABILITY
4.1 No Claims
Student releases and discharges Scammer University, OnlyScams.org, LimitsUnlock, and all affiliates from any claims or demands related to use of their likeness, including (but not limited to) claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or misappropriation.
4.2 Assumption of Public Exposure
Student understands that their participation may result in significant public visibility and waives any objections related to fame, critique, or virality resulting from their inclusion in media.
11. Brand Representation
SECTION 1: REPRESENTATION GUIDELINES
1.1 On-Camera Conduct
Student agrees to maintain an energetic, respectful, and professional presence when appearing on Scammer University content, including livestreams, recorded footage, interviews, and behind-the-scenes material.
1.2 Off-Camera Behavior
Student understands that their public behavior (in person and online) reflects on the Scammer University brand and agrees to avoid any activity that may damage the Program’s image or reputation.
1.3 Language and Communication
Students agree to avoid using hate speech, slurs, discriminatory remarks, or inflammatory comments when associated with the Program.
SECTION 2: SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLIC INTERACTIONS
2.1 Consistent Identity
Student will identify themselves as a Scammer University participant when posting relevant content, using official tags and overlays when provided.
2.2 Engagement with Public and Media
Students agree not to mislead the public or media about their role in the Program or speak on behalf of Scammer University without written approval.
2.3 Use of Scammer University Name
Any merchandise, promotions, or business activities using the Scammer University name or likeness must be authorized in writing by Program administrators.
SECTION 3: DRESS CODE & PRESENTATION
3.1 Visual Representation
Student agrees to present themselves in a clean and brand-appropriate way for content appearances. Clothing featuring profanity, gang affiliations, or hate symbols is prohibited.
3.2 Program-Branded Gear
When requested, students will wear Program-branded gear or overlays during official content or promotional appearances.
SECTION 4: VIOLATION & DISCIPLINE
4.1 Brand Misrepresentation
Any action that disrespects, defames, or misrepresents the Scammer University brand may result in disciplinary action, including removal from content, forfeiture of participation privileges, and potential legal remedies.
4.2 Review Authority
All brand-related issues will be reviewed by Program leadership. Their decision is final.
12. Guest Appearance Waiver
SECTION 1: CONSENT TO GUEST INTERACTIONS
1.1 Guest Presence
Student understands that Scammer University may include guest appearances during any class, livestream, business visit, or recording session. These guests may include:

Influencers
-
Entrepreneurs
-
Entertainers
-
Local business owners
-
Members of the public
1.2 Surprise Interactions
Student agrees to appear on camera with guests even if their presence is unannounced or unplanned, so long as it is within the scope of Program activities.
SECTION 2: MEDIA USAGE RIGHTS
2.1 Appearance Rights
Student waives any right to limit or restrict the use of footage that includes them interacting with guests.
2.2 No Prior Notification Required
Scammer University is not required to notify the Student in advance of any guest's arrival or participation in a scheduled event.
2.3 Content Ownership
All content filmed involving guest appearances is the exclusive property of Scammer University and may be used across any media platform.
SECTION 3: CONDUCT & SAFETY
3.1 Respectful Behavior
Student agrees to behave respectfully and professionally toward all guests, regardless of familiarity or personal opinion.
3.2 Right to Report Issues
If a guest makes a Student uncomfortable or engages in inappropriate behavior, the Student agrees to notify Program staff immediately for private resolution.
SECTION 4: LIABILITY WAIVER
4.1 Public Nature of Content
Student acknowledges that guest appearances may lead to content that is widely shared or goes viral. Student waives any objection to such distribution.
4.2 No Claims Against Guests or Program
Student agrees not to pursue legal action or compensation from Scammer University or any guest for content resulting from guest appearances, unless laws have been violated.
13. In-House Dispute Resolution
SECTION 1: SCOPE OF DISPUTES
1.1 Covered Disputes
This Agreement applies to disputes arising from:

Content disagreements

Scheduling issues
-
Interpersonal conflicts with students, guests, or staff
-
Compensation misunderstandings
-
Perceived misconduct during production
1.2 Excluded Claims
This Agreement does not limit the Student’s legal rights related to harassment, discrimination, or criminal behavior as defined by law.
SECTION 2: RESOLUTION PROCESS
2.1 Step 1 – Internal Mediation
Student agrees to first bring any issue to Program staff in writing. A designated mediator will be assigned to investigate and facilitate a resolution meeting.
2.2 Step 2 – Peer or Panel Review
If unresolved, the Program may assign a panel of neutral students or staff to review and provide a fair recommendation.
2.3 Step 3 – Final Administrative Decision
The final decision on any dispute rests with Scammer University leadership. This decision is binding unless legal rights are invoked under Section 1.2.
SECTION 3: CONFIDENTIALITY & CONDUCT
3.1 Confidential Process
Students agree to keep all dispute-related discussions confidential and not share details on social media, livestreams, or in public forums.
3.2 Good Faith Participation
Both parties agree to participate in the resolution process honestly, calmly, and with the intent to reach an understanding.
SECTION 4: WAIVER OF PUBLIC CONFLICT
4.1 No Public Airing
Student agrees not to post or publicly discuss any unresolved Program conflict until the internal dispute resolution process has been completed.
4.2 Reputation Consideration
Students understand that airing disputes publicly without pursuing internal options first may harm the Program’s reputation and may result in disciplinary action.
💳 SECTION 4: CREDIT BUILDING REQUIREMENTS (SEASON 1 ONLY)
14. Credit Coaching Agreement
All Season 1 students must sign a separate contract with LimitsUnlock for “Business Credit Consulting.”
15. Credit Fee Structure
Student agrees to pay a 25% fee on all credit gained as a direct or indirect result of the program.
Example: If Student obtains $100,000 in credit lines, $25,000 (25%) will be paid to LimitsUnlock.

The $25,000 may be paid directly using the credit line or a business card from said credit.

The student keeps the remaining 75%.
16. Credit Report Eligibility

NO collections are allowed for Season 1 participants.

Season 2 may allow exceptions.
